We're looking for a newBrand and Trade Marketing Specialistto join our Agency Marketing Team in Bologna (Zola Predosa) on a permanent contract.
Our Spirits Division Agency is looking for a Brand and Trade Marketing Specialist, based on the international guidelines of the Brand "Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky e Bulleit bourbon Whiskey", will plan and implement all the activities related to the assigned brand according to the specifics of the local market.
Responsibilities
Cooperate in the ideation of successful marketing (ATL) campaigns and integrate them in a 360° campaign
Deploy successful trade marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Coordinate and monitor the execution of marketing plan and budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Collaborate with and support external agencies to the execution of all BTL activities, both in On Trade & Off Trade channel
Be the Company expert for the Brand Owner and the Brand Owner expert for the Company
Key touch point for internal stakeholder and for brand owner sales/marketing manager for sharing sell in - sell out performance, investment report and issue solution proposal
Collaborate with Sales department & Trade Marketing department to the execution and coordination of trade marketing plan
Be responsible for achieving the depletion targets for the country
Provide detailed reports on sales, marketing and trade marketing activities
Provide reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and implement data-driven actions
Monitor market trends research consumer markets, competitors' activities and new market opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing or marketing in a relevant industry (Spirits, Food & Beverage, FMCG)
Knowledge of the ho.re.ca channel
On trade and off trade activation management
Knowledge of emerging/latest digital media trends
Excellent analytical and presentation skills / communicating & influencing competency
Digitally agile
Flexibility and Proactiveness
Fluent in English and Italian
