Document Control Specialist
Location: Romagnano Mill, Italy
We’re looking for detail-driven professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role is all about digging into historical employee records—both physical and digital—making sure everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across regions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Retrieving employee files from physical archives and digital repositories
- Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness against defined guidelines
- Maintaining trackers, logs, and clear documentation of findings
- Partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gaps
- Investigating missing or hard-to-locate documents and escalating issues when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Background in HR administration, records management, or similar support roles
- Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in unstructured environments
- Experience handling confidential data with privacy and compliance in mind
- Exposure to global HR processes is a plus
What to expect:
- High-volume file reviews, including legacy records
- Hands-on work with physical archives (boxes, storage rooms, off-site locations)
- Deadline-driven work requiring smart prioritization
