Overview
Ensure the smooth flow (Import & Export) of responsible customers. Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures. Processing of the assigned administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of import & export shipments

Optimizing and securing the documentation of procedures and processes

Supporting and advising customers

Carrying out customs clearance

Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers

Preparation of quotation and follow-up of the quotation process

Conducting sales negotiations

Securing and processing invoices to customers

Monitoring of meetings and deadlines

Invoicing

Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable). Preparation of Letters of credit compliant, Bill of Landings, delivery bills, customs documents, etc.

Standard Responsibilities:
