Junior Quality Auditor - Italy
THE GOAL
The aim of the Junior Quality Auditor position is to monitor and improve the overall quality of our products across our points of sales. The focus will be on continuous evaluation and analysis of the kiosks, putting forward action plans and ensuring these are carried through.
The role will also participate in the development and roll-out of cross-country quality projects and activities.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Department – Quality
Reporting to – Food Safety and Quality Manager
Direct reports – None
Working with (external and internal relationships) – Kiosks, Partners, External Auditing Partners, head office, and Local team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (responsibilities)
* Support the creation and delivery of action plans to implement the food safety strategy developed by the Quality Department.
* Travel across the country to conduct periodic audits of kiosks, complete evaluation reports, and follow up with corrective actions.
* Provide field support and training to local teams on quality issues, including hygiene and food safety.
* Deliver theoretical and practical food safety training for kiosk staff and managers.
* Build strong relationships with kiosk staff and managers.
* Analyze inspection results and conduct microbiological analyses.
* Address non-compliance issues and customer complaints to uphold food safety standards.
* Participate in internal review meetings on food safety and quality topics.
* Monitor calibration and accuracy of measuring devices such as scales and thermometers.
* Contribute to standards development for ingredient purchasing, hygiene equipment, and dress code.
WHO YOU ARE (skills and qualifications)
* Experience in a similar role within food & beverage, hospitality, or food production.
* Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for audits.
* Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety legislation (EU and national).
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
* Effective problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
* Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is advantageous.
