This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Development Sales Representative, focusing on developing and growing our sales presence in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with bike shops, distributors, and manufacturers across the country.

We are looking for a driven and passionate sales professional who can effectively identify and approach potential customers, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide product training and support as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

* IDentify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
">
* Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
">
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or direct handover to HQ.
">
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Hexlox products.
">
* Provide market feedback to the company to support product development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

* Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
">
* Strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Fluent in Italian and working proficiency in English for communication. Other languages are a plus.

* Interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions ideally.
