IT Support Technician (Part-Time – 2 days per week)
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related.
All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company's technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with customers to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate technical solutions
* Respond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframes
* Perform installation and maintenance of customer systems, e.g. PCs and mobile devices
* Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements
* Support the development of testing and repair processes
* Liaise with help desks, support services, and support centers
* Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Experience in handling, maintaining, and safeguarding technical equipment
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Team player
* Good time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable using mobile tools and applications
