The candidate will be part of the Group ICT organization focused on Sales & Service area and will support the ICT organization in delivering every assigned projects on time, on budget and on quality. He/she should have a solid background in both technical and business processes.

Responsibilities
being the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility area;
supporting the demand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;
managing full life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);
managing the external suppliers involved in our projects;
applying the project management methodology as per ICT standards (including Agile);
define project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;
monitoring and controlling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost;
reporting the status of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc…);
Requirements
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar)
4+ years of professional experience as Project Manager in multinational companies;
good knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing processes good knowledge and experience on CRM, ERP systems and route to Market WEB xkiyazw applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service/Marketing/Sales, Sap ECC or SAP CRM will be a plus)
PMI or Prince 2 certifications are a plus
