This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure mechanical and electrical integrity of assets, while promoting a culture of Reliability Excellence in compliance with EHS and Food Safety standards. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDefine and update the equipment criticality matrix. /li liImplement and monitor Equipment Reliability Strategies. /li liCoordinate predictive maintenance and failure analysis (RCFA, RCM). /li liSupport investment projects and equipment replacement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams for technical improvements. /li liMonitor reliability KPIs and Asset Health data. /li liPromote continuous improvement tools and methodologies. /li liApply and support the use of reliability tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, 5S, and eMOC. /li liProvide on‑call availability for maintenance emergencies. /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbMinimum Qualifications /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. /li liProficiency in both English and Italian (spoken and written). /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
