HT comprises five Centers: Neurogenomics Computational Biology Structural Biology Genomics Health Data Science The Corporate Affairs Office manages governance and institutional relationships, providing operational and regulatory support to statutory boards, committees, and external bodies, ensuring legal and administrative compliance. The Head of Corporate Affairs, reporting directly to the HT President, oversees governance activities of statutory bodies including the Supervisory Board, Management Committee, Court of Auditors, and others. This role ensures statutory compliance and manages interactions with external authorities such as Ministries. Key tasks and responsibilities Manage governance documents, decisions, statutory books, and minutes for various bodies. Facilitate communication between governance bodies and relevant departments. Coordinate external professionals for legal documentation. Handle correspondence with external authorities and support reporting requirements. Oversee declarations of conflicts of interest, compensation arrangements, and document archiving. Job requirements All criteria must be verifiable via CV: Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, or related field. Minimum 10 years in governance, legal affairs, or institutional relations within complex organizations. Experience supporting governance bodies (e.g., meetings, minutes, documentation). Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level or higher). Experience liaising with ministries or oversight authorities. Knowledge of public sector protocols and compliance standards. Preferential requirements Advanced qualifications in public administration or legal studies (e.g., PhD, specialization). Organizational and social skills Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex processes.
