Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a
Demand Planning Junior Specialist
to join KIKO MILANO's Operations Team, reporting to the Demand Planning Coordinator.
Such talent ensures availability of products in KIKO central Warehouse, granting the product is in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right time without compromising the company goals on service level, inventory and obsolescence.
In particular, you will:
Manage demand forecasting and sales analysis of finished goods across stores, online/e-commerce, wholesaler, and franchising channels
Lead the S&OP; process for the wholesaler channel
Define supply planning activities, including central warehouse replenishment quantities for finished products and related raw materials
Perform supply analysis and ensure alignment with budget targets
Ensure the correct service level by optimizing inventory levels in line with the commercial strategy for both baseline and promotions/events
Monitor and analyze KPIs and define corrective actions accordingly
Conduct stock analysis and optimize stock mix
Manage slow-moving items and oversee shelf-life optimization
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of demand planning tools
What you will need to succeed
University degree, Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain
2/3-year experience in a similar role in an international environment, having worked in the supply chain / demand&supply; planning of a retail company is a plus
Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement
Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking)
Ms Office proficiency
SAP (user) and Demand planning tools - ideal
