Randstad Italia is looking for a Purchase Order Specialist on behalf of one of our clients - a Chinese multinational company based in Vimodrone (Milan).
This is a one-year fixed-term contract through our outsourcing partner, Randstad Italia, with a strong possibility of renewal.
- Location: Vimodrone (Milan) - 1 day remote work per week
- Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term with renewal potential

- Salary Range: €30,000 - €35,000 (commensurate with experience)
🎯 What will be your main responsibilities?
- Procurement Operations: Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Units’ needs.
- PO Management: Prepare purchase-order-related documents and support suppliers from the initial quotation to the billing configuration in the system.
- Tracking & Delivery: Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Assist with contract management, archiving, and daily operational support tasks.
💼 What are the skills required for this position?
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional working experience (maximum 5 years), ideally in a procurement or corporate support role.
- Languages: Native-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory.
- Education: University degree in Business Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- IT Skills: Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
- Mindset: Willingness to perform essential operational/assistance tasks, combined with an autonomous, structured, and hands-on, “can-do” attitude.
- Knowledge or experience with Asian business culture and/or proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
