PPosition: Finance Accounting Manager (Arzano) /ppPermanent position - 100% On-site work /ppSalary range :75.000/85.000 euro per year + MBO /ppWork location: Arzano /ppOur Client: Prestigious Multinational Company Leader in the Packaging Sector /ppOn behalf of a multinational company, specialized within the packaging sector, we are looking for a CFO who will plan, implement, manage and run all the finance activities (including business planning,, accounting, auditing, tax and legal compliance and reporting) of the Italian branch with the aim to locally expand the business. /ppTASKS: /ppThe CFO, reporting to the headquarters' Finance management, will manage the following tasks Responsibilities: /pulliFinancial accounting according to local regulations, reporting to Mother company in compliance with Group's procedures and policies /liliTreasury supervision ( forecasts, collections and payments, bank reconciliations etc..) /liliRelationships with banks and auditors /liliLegal and tax compliance management /liliFinancial forecasting and budgets /liliTerm business and financial planning /liliMA projects management /liliRisk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group /liliRelations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders /liliFinance, HR and IT related procedures /li /ulpJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: /pulliA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and economics will be expected for this role. An MBA is also highly desirable. /liliAs to the experience, we expect approximately 10 years in the finance area, 4 of which in a Big Four will be desirable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for supporting the senior management, investors and external stakeholders and engage with staff at all levels of the organization /liliAn excellent knowledge of the English language is required.
