RINA is currently recruiting for this role to join its office in Venice or Verona, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. The mission focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships.
Mission
Key Accountabilities
* Audit Program: Prepare, manage, and control the audit program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
* Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, and records, to verify compliance and accuracy.
* Audit Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of audits and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Participate in and lead audits, conducting interviews, note-taking, and assessing the implementation of management systems.
* Audit Result Definition: Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity for improvement).
* Report Generation: Draw up comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for certification decisions.
* Follow-Up Management: Manage the follow-up process, including tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring resolution and compliance.
* Technical Review and Certification: Conduct technical reviews of audit files and propose certification decisions based on thorough analysis.
* Skill Maintenance: Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards and best practices.
* Resource Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Data Management: Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process.
* Customer Engagement: Manage technical meetings with customers, fostering positive relationships and addressing any technical concerns.
* Large and Complex Customer Management: Independently manage large and complex customer contracts, ensuring the effective delivery of multiservice and/or multisite audits.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Business Administration Finance Management
Master’s Degree
Qualifications
To qualify for this role as a Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia e Trentino Alto Adige Certification Senior Lead Auditor at RINA Services S.p.A., you should have at least two years’ experience in the implementation, management, or evaluation of standards related to sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions management, including ISO 14067, ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, ISO 14068, and ESG criteria.
