About the Role 
We are looking for an experienced 
Project Manager with a strong background in Software Engineering 
to join an American company operating in the 
food distribution industry. 
The ideal candidate will manage software development projects across international teams, ensuring on-time delivery, technical quality, and effective communication between stakeholders in the U.S. and Europe. 
Responsibilities: 
Coordinate 
and 
oversee 
software engineering projects 
from 
planning 
to 
release. Manage cross-functional teams 
( developers, 
QA, 
product owners ) ensuring 
project goals 
are met. Track progress 
and 
deliverables 
using 
Jira 
( advanced proficiency 
required). Communicate effectively 
with 
U.S.-based stakeholders 
during 
overlapping time zones. Monitor project risks, 
dependencies, and 
timelines. Ensure 
alignment 
between 
business objectives 
and 
technical execution. 
Requirements: 
Proven experience as 
Project Manager 
in 
software engineering or IT environments; Strong technical understanding of 
software development processes 
(Agile/Scrum); Native-level English 
proficiency (mandatory); Advanced Jira skills 
(project tracking, dashboards, workflows, reporting); Availability to work from 
2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CET, to align with U.S. team schedules. Familiarity with 
Confluence, 
DevOps tools, or 
cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
