We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key contact person between customers and our organization, you will channel information flows and increase customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working together with other key account managers to optimize LG's position in all sales channels.
* Developing good working relationships with all LG internal departments, including marketing, product management, sales administration, customer service, logistics, credit control, and finance.
* Maintaining high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
