We are hiring a
Community Manager
to help grow an international private members club developing community-based real estate in resilient locations around the world for people who value natural health, self-sufficiency, privacy, and greater control over how they live.
This is a front-facing role at the intersection of
community, sales support, and customer experience.
You will speak directly with prospective members across Telegram and other channels, answer questions, build trust, follow up consistently, and guide people from first contact to the next step.
You will also speak with interested customers on the phone, explain how the business works, handle early-stage questions, and book qualified prospects into sales calls.
We are looking for someone fluent in
English and Italian, with
German being a premio.

Warm, clear, and confident in communication
Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
Strong at follow-up and lead management
Professional on both messages and calls
Organisation is critical.
You must be able to keep conversations structured, stay on top of follow-ups, and ensure no serious lead is missed.
Responsiveness is equally critical.
This role requires someone who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and creates a smooth and professional experience for every prospective member.
Experience in
community management, customer support, sales, appointment setting, or lead nurturing
is a strong advantage.
