Main activities
1. Defines the needs of the project by collaborating as a team with the Product Marketing Manager and the Engineering Functions.
2. Identifies the actions necessary for the development of the Project Plan, carrying out risk assessment activities, and identifying/executing all other activities necessary in order to pursue the project objectives.
3. It relates to all Engineering functions to define the specific activities to be performed by the Engineering and Product Validation teams.
4. Defines Vehicle Validation in collaboration with the Product Validation department. Performing DFMEA/SFMEA/Physical Simulations and Tests.
5. Coordinates supplier selection activities by collaborating with the Engineering, Purchasing and Supplier Quality functions.
6. Monitors the progress of the project by making ongoing presentations, maintains control of the KPIs.
7. It supports the prototyping and pre-series phases with the creation of the necessary documentation.
8. Participate in problem solving meetings
9. Manages change requests identified during Product Validation, Kaizen or After Sales meetings
10. Manages the timing, taking into account the Time To Market.
11. Supports the release of project parts on the ERP management system.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
12. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Vehicle/Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering or Diploma supported by specific professional experience in the field of vehicle development.
13. Previous experience in developing the entire vehicle or, alternatively, the hydraulic system of automotive and/or industrial and/or agricultural and/or earthmoving machinery.
14. Knowledge of plastic, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing and metal component development parts, including tubing and wiring fasteners.
15. Knowledge of the Product Development Gate Process for new product development.
16. Knowledge of testing procedures and acceptance criteria.
17. Simulations: CFD / FEA / Knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
18. Using 3D CAD.
19. Knowledge of planning and problem solving methods.
20. Excellent communication and relational qualities, organizational skills, leadership, flexibility, open-mindedness and autonomy.
21. Fluent English language.

22. SolidEdge, TeamCenter, AS400, SAP
23. Knowledge of safety procedures: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, ISO 25119.
24. French language appreciated.
