As an FTTH Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of fiber-to-the-home networks.
Working closely with a dynamic team of telecom professionals, you will oversee field operations, ensure compliance with technical standards, and contribute to Italy's digital transformation.

? Key Responsibilities
Execute FTTH network design and implementation according to project specifications
Supervise excavation, cable laying, and splicing activities on-site
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all field operations
Collaborate with design teams to optimize network architecture and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in TLC network design, including mobile radio networks
Strong knowledge of FTTH Open Fiber network architecture
Hands-on expertise in excavation techniques, fiber optic cable laying, and splicing
Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Italian telecom regulations and standards
Experience with GIS tools for network mapping
Knowledge of advanced fiber testing and measurement techniques
Proficiency in project management tools
Italian language skills for local coordination
