We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an HR Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making in complex scenarios, including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
* Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
* Identify and elevate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
* Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.
Qualifications
* Required: Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master’s Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience.
* Nice to have: 1+ year(s) employee relations experience.
