Overview
We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist who will report directly to the AVP People & Culture and will be responsible for managing and developing key HR processes across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding :
* design and manage external initiatives and events;
* actively participate in and contribute to dedicated projects and activities;
* develop and maintain partnership with school, institutions, and universities to strengthen the employer brand
Talent acquisition: manage the end to end talent acquisition process, from recruiting and onboarding through hiring, as well as the subsequent monitoring performance in relation to individual career path and in alignment with the tk international Talent Project.
Training, Development and Engagement:
* analyze organizational and individual training needs, promoting and supporting a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
* Strenghten employee engagement and talent retention by analyzing insights from periodic employee engagement surveys and actively promoting a managerial culture focused on accountability, goal achievement, and people development
HR Data and Compliance ( Plus): support HR decision - making through data analysis ( HR reporting, forecasting, budgeting) and ensure a solid understanding of basic labor law principles.
Requirements
* At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles or as an HRBP within structured, multinational, manufacturing or industrial environments
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
* Strong ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure
* Results-driven mindset with a high level of adaptability in a changing environment
* Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Work location: Copparo (FERRARA), Italy; Local residence/domicile is required
