This is your chance to make tangible impact on cutting‑edge tire technologies while collaborating across cultures and disciplines. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liJoin the Operations Engineering team responsible for the test engineering in our APM*L (physical lab), lab tire testing and road tire testing facilities. Your versatility will help you support those 3 entities. /li liAs a primary mission, provide engineering support for physical sample testing (compound reinforcement) and develop global testing methods. /li liAs a secondary focus, provide engineering support for internal and regulatory tire testing on prototypes and production tires. /li liCollaborate with operational teams and partners to interpret test results and navigate non‑standard testing scenarios. /li liPlan technical approaches, resources, schedules, and new equipment for sample and tire testing initiatives. /li liDesign and manage test monitoring processes to ensure accurate and reliable results. /li liContribute to fundamental projects, supporting the development of new testing capabilities and experimental methods. /li liPartner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable product performance insights. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Physics, or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering. /li liFluency in English (German and/or French considered an asset). /li liExperience in laboratory testing; background in tire design, testing, manufacturing, or machine design is a plus. /li liStrong engineering and analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical and data‑driven approaches. /li liSolid understanding of quality standards and regulatory processes is a plus. /li liProven ability to manage projects and deliver test operations with excellence. /li liExcellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in multicultural teams, remain resilient under pressure, and demonstrate a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. /li /ul pWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
