About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day customer service and dealer support for the German market.
* Order entry, tracking, and order management.
* Pre- and post-sales support.
* Handling of returns, claims, warranty cases, and issue resolution.
* Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and general support.
* Supporting our sales reps and area manager with timely information and assistance.
* Preparing and updating sales reports and customer performance data.
* Collaborating with other customer service teams in various markets.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
* Attending trade shows and events.
Requirements
* Fluent in German and English; Italian and French are an asset.
* Experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar roles.
* Background in B2B and direct-to-dealer distribution.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
* Prior experience in cycling is a plus.
