Ph3Overview /h3pFor our client we are looking for a Plant Manager. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure that Quality, Cost, Delivery and People objectives of the plant are being met. /liliEnsure local legislation is being respected at all times as well as internal compliance rules (e.g. SOX regulations). /liliDrive the continuous improvement process to lead the plant towards operational excellence. /liliEnsure the smooth start up of new products and equipment in the plant. /liliPropose the annual Budget of the plant. /liliFrequent review of current state for operational and financial indicators, gap analysis versus Budget and drive of corrective actions to ensure objectives are met on a constant basis. /liliImplement and utilize adequate KPI’s to manage the objectives and provide monthly reporting on time. /liliGuarantee a safe working environment for all employees and visitors. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction by achieving Quality Objectives through advanced Quality Planning, effective Problem solving and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. /liliGuarantee on time and in full delivery objectives towards all customers. /liliContinuous interaction with other sites and departments to ensure best practices are shared and applied throughout the operations area. /liliDrive the planning and smooth start of new Products, Technologies in close coordination with other areas, departments. /li /ulh3Professional Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity Degree in Technical area (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) or MBA or other relevant formal education. /lili5 to 10 years of operational and managerial experience in Production Industry, with proven people leadership expertise. /liliRelevant industry experience related to techniques and methods applied. /liliGood foundation in Lean Production Principles and Problem Solving. /liliSolid knowledge of finance aspects of the business (familiar with PL, Variance analysis, Cash Flow etc). /liliEnglish – Business Fluent. /liliOther business languages are an advantage. /liliMS Office, SAP, and related tools. /li /ulpWork location: Campania /ppLI-AT1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
