\nUnder the direct supervision of the Head Concierge, the C oncierge provide s guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Aman.\n
- *R** **esponsibilities**
- Builds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
- Builds relationship with outsourcing company e.g. Restaurant, Hire Car, Private Guide etc.
- Maintains and enforces all quality standards and procedures from guest’s pre-arrival to guest’s arrival, to guest’s in-house stay to guest’s departure.
- Ensure guests are recognized and known within the department throughout their stay.
- Ensure the guests preference are updated on the Opera, Concierge systems.
- Always keep smiling face and call guests by guest’s name.
- To have complete knowledge of operational systems at Concierge.
- To have complete knowledge of Aman Rosa Alpina’s excursions e.g. Aman Journey.
- To have complete knowledge of Aman Rosa Alpina’s operating policies and procedures for the “Transportation” and “Excursion ”.
- To have complete knowledge not only the concierge's work but also the accompanying of other facilities.
- *Requirements**
- Work Experience: 1 year experience as Concierge and 1 year experience as Front desk in a luxury hotel.
- Qualifications/Training: College Education.
- Disposition: Customer Oriented, Motivated and Team Builder, Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Goal oriented, Committed
- Language capabilities : Oral and written proficiency in English and Italian is preferred .
