Job Title: CUSTOMER CARE JUNIORLooking for a Customer Care Junior for a prestigious company in the province of Cuneo. The role begins with a 1–2 month temporary contract followed by direct hiring in apprenticeship.Responsibilities
Manage evening shipments, handling van departures, preparing waybills, travel documents, and center keys.Handle returns and pickups.Interface with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Working HoursWeekdays (shipping): Monday‐Friday, 9:00‐18:00 (one hour lunch break) with variable departure time depending on warehouse activity; may finish between 18:00‐21:00 and be compensated on the following day.Normal weekdays: Monday‐Friday, 9:00‐18:00 with one hour lunch break.Saturday: once a month from 7:30 to 12:00.Requirements
Young (apprenticeship age), resident within 15 km radius, own car.Willingness to work flexible hours, be talkative by telephone, and comfortable with computer and Excel.Some knowledge of English preferred.
