Thanks to the extensive know-how of nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers, we offer innovative solutions and processes to fully enable the energy transition. /ppWithin the Procurement Department, the Purchasing Material Buyer is responsible of the purchasing activities of assigned Purchase Requisitions in compliance with Corporate and Project Procedures and under the supervision of the Purchasing Group Leader. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliPreparation of bidder lists /liliOrganize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System /liliEconomic and contractual negotiation of orders and associated purchasing terms and conditions /liliPerform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding /liliCooperate with Project Teams in highlighting main reasons of eventual extra budgets and proposing mitigation actions /liliSecure compliance with internal procedures and protocols /liliSupport and cooperate with the Project Procurement Manager / Coordinator during the development of the supplies in case of any commercial problem with Vendors (such as claims, change order request, Liquidated Damages discussion, etc.) /li /ulh3Required Skills: /h3ulli4⁄5 years of Purchasing experience /liliExperience in operating in international challenging environment /liliExperience in-end-to end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus. /liliDesign experience in engineering departments is a plus /liliExperience in prepare and execute negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms Conditions /liliSAP knowledge for supplies management /liliExperience in contract preparation /liliAbility to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities /liliProblem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in the English language /liliTeam player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships /liliGood computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP /liliAvailability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad. /li /ulpEducation: University Degree in Business Economics Engineering is a plus /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
