Your Mission
Drive the implementation of all Kids&Us academic protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence across every classUphold and continuously reinforce the school's quality standards in line with Kids&Us academic KPIsSupport, mentor, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver outstanding learning experiencesWork closely with the School Director on all academic planning and decision-makingAct as a key reference point for all academic matters within the school
Requirements
Residence in Forlì or nearby areasAdvanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)Advanced or Proficiency level in Italian (C1 or higher)Teaching experience is a plus, but not essentialClean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti)Strong organizational and planning skillsA genuine passion for working with childrenTeam spirit—if you enjoy collaborating, you'll feel at home here!
