She / He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective. /p h3Within the role, s / he : /h3 ul liMaster a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework /li liDevelope the current marketing segmentation /li liDevelope a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value proposition /li liListening to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offer /li liEvaluate the development of new products / solutions exploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion /li liEvaluate new potential market niches, close to the assigned applications /li liDrive effective internal and external communication /li liCollaborate with Marketing Communication department defining communication plans, launch promotions, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions /li liEvaluating and executing promotional initiatives with Regional Marketing /li liPresenting the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing, with dedicated events, trainings or supporting customer visits /li liCollaborate with other departments like product platforms, RD, services and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deployment /li liUniversity degree in Engineering /li liExperience in REF equipment, electronics and / or thermodynamic (is a plus) /li liExperience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus) /li liStrong written / oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs /li liAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlines /li liSkilled at developing and exercising cross‑functional influence; translating between sales and technical teams /li liAvailability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time) /li liShare the values of Carel Culture Code! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
