UlliFlorence area (Scandicci and Scarperia), Italy /liliFixed Term Contract : 10 months /li /ulpThis role operates within our Italian business to provide HR leadership and expertise supporting the Supply Chain and Operations teams. /pulliMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /liliFacilitate continuous improvement and implementing of new processes and procedures using strong Change Management skills /liliSupport and coach Plant managers and SC leaders to enable them to effectively manage their teams /liliIn conjunction with the Plant leadership team, ensure organisational design and resource capability are in place in both locations Italy to enable achievement of business goals /liliCoordinate local recruitment working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring managers, ensuring headcount control and workforce planning /liliWork in partnership with business managers to ensure effective management of employee relations issues by providing pragmatic HR solutions which meet business needs. /liliAct as contact for SC and Operations employees, to provide professional, pragmatic and effective advice. /liliBuild / maintain good dialogue with local unions with the support of the line manager /liliEnsure that the right plans are executed to continue to develop people according to business needs, talent management and budget (training, development plan) /liliMaintain the relevant internal communication routines with employees : monthly meeting on the shop floor, general meetings, team briefs, local organisation announcements etc. /liliCANDIDATE PROFILE /liliProven experience in similar HR manager role in an FMCG, multi-national, manufacturing company /liliStrong change management skills, the Prosci certification is preferred /liliEmployee and industrial relations experience with demonstrated success in negotiations with unions /liliGood knowledge of local employment legislation in Italy. /liliExperience of building development and training plans /liliStrong personal and team leadership skills /liliAbility to influence without formal authority at all levels of organization /liliAbility to handle complexity across multi-cultural and cross functional borders in a matrix organization /liliGood balance between Results oriented / People oriented /liliStructured and well organized /liliGood analytical skills /liliSelf-starter, able to work remotely from line manager /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills across all levels and cross functionally. /liliStrong team worker locally and internationally, Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive outlook, even under pressure. /liliFlexible to change and embrace new initiatives /liliRight balance between strategic thinking and execution /liliMature attitude with the ability to work remotely from direct leadership. /liliFluent Italian and English (Other languages as a plus) /liliAbility to travel between two locations in Italy /li /ulpbLI-DNI /b /pulliAs an Equal Opportunities employer, McCormick is committed to a diverse workforce. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
