Job Description
To support our internal staff in achieving challenging goals in terms of Group growth.
We are looking for a HR Generalist Jr to be inserted in our HR function in Piombino Dese, reporting to theHRBP Manager.
Key responsabilities:
* Understand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines
* Accurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managers
* Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
* Intermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines
* Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers all employee-relations matters
* Provide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required). Provide regular updates to management, sharing insight on the market reality
* Ensure the respect of the budget for the assigned recruiting processes
Qualifications
Requirements for application
* Education: Master Degree
* Experience: 2+ Years' experience with full life cycle recruiting
* Experience with MS office
* Fluent in English
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
