Posizione:
For our Logistics Department we are looking for a Logistics Improvement Specialist, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Key duties include analyzing processes using data and tools like LEAN, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Your main activities will be:
* Analyze and improve logistics workflows across production, warehousing, and distribution.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics projects and process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, IT, and Customer Service.
* Manage and optimize warehouse operations using WMS and ERP systems.
* Support global logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and inventory control.
* Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti:
* Experience 1-3 years in the same role and similar business/ Company size;
* Problem-solving skills and result-oriented;
* Curious and willing to learn;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel particularly);
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView);
* Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems);
* Certification in Six Sigma, Lean is a plus.
