Team manager customer quality & methods (m/f/d)

Ph3bYour Responsibilities /b /h3ulliLead and oversee the Customer Quality Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic quality objectives /liliDesign and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality /liliSystematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiative /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancements /liliChampion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) /liliSupport root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions /liliProvide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on quality principles and customer engagement best practices /liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality-related challenges and optimize internal processes /li /ulh3bYour Qualifications Skills /b /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field /liliStrong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing teams /liliSeveral years of experience in customer quality management, including the implementation and application of quality methodologies /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance-based decisions /liliResults-oriented, with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement /liliFluent in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage /li /ulh3bOur Commitment /b /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /liliHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /liliOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /liliA wide range of further training opportunities /liliAttractive bonus system and performance-related pay /liliAdditional company benefits /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
