Junior Consultant – Risk Advisory, Italy

Your role:
· Support banking structures in the Credit Risk area in activities such as:
· estimation, review, recalibration of regulatory, managerial, and IFRS9 models.
· Risk Governance (ICAAP, ILAAP, RAF, etc.) and Stress Test.
· Introduction of climate risks into the Risk Management framework.
· Support control functions (Audit and Validation) in checks on credit risk models and processes.
· Contribute to the growth of a Practice in the development phase.
Your qualifications and skills
·Degree in Economic-Financial, Statistical-Mathematical or Engineering field.
·University knowledge and interest in Credit Risk topics (useful to have taken exams in Risk Management).
·Analytical skills and quantitative competencies, knowledge of statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS)
·Emotional intelligence, relational skills, and a propensity for team working.
·Fluency in speaking and writing in English (B2 at least).
