As a Business Unit Senior Controller, you partner with BU leaders to steer performance through rigorous financial analysis and forward-looking insights. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support sustainable profitability. Your work spans cross-functional collaboration, nuanced variance analysis, and business case evaluation to enable informed, strategic decisions. This role offers impact across the BU and a chance to shape growth within a fast-paced multinational setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast for BU sales, capex and operating costs, aligning targets with business strategy in close collaboration with management
* Act as the primary finance partner to BU leaders, translating results into actionable insights for timely decisions
* Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting and trend analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities beyond the numbers
* Support the BU General Manager as a trusted sparring partner to drive sustainable growth and profitability
* Perform product profitability and investment return analyses; assist in business case development for new products and go/no-go decisions
* Monitor sales and margin evolution with variance analyses vs budget and prior year, with clear narrative and actions
* Foster cross-functional relationships to promote a performance-driven culture and improve visibility across the organization
* Drive adoption of new business analytics tools to enhance decision-support capabilities across BUs
Responsabilità
* Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
* Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
* At least 5 years of proven controlling experience in complex multinational environments
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
* Highly organized with reliable working methods
* Strong business acumen and proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel (plus)
* Excellent communication and listening skills
