Junior Warehouse Performance Analyst – Fixed Term
Location: Cermenate, Italy. Company: Bolton Food – part of Bolton, an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company. Contract: Fixed‑Term. Full time. Remote working options available during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
* Analisi dei fabbisogni di produzione e gestione dei call‑off dei materiali necessari.
* Predisposizione, aggiornamento ed elaborazione di report a supporto delle attività dell’ufficio.
* Creazione e aggiornamento delle Distinte Base (BOM).
* Supporto nella gestione degli inventari periodici e analisi degli stock dei materiali.
* Monitoraggio della saturazione dei magazzini interni ed esterni.
* Gestione delle attività di smaltimento materiali a bassa rotazione o obsoleti.
* Collaborazione con il team Innovations per il supporto a nuovi progetti.
* Emissione ordini di acquisto basati su MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
* Supporto alle attività di miglioramento continuo del reparto logistica interna.
Qualifications
* Titolo di studio: Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria o affini.
* Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel (utilizzo di funzioni base e tabelle pivot).
* Buone capacità organizzative e di analisi.
* Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione tra reparti.
* Precisione, proattività e orientamento al problem solving.
* Esperienza pregressa in ambito logistico, supply chain o pianificazione.
