Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving).Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.RequirementsTechnical School (IT background preferred) or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.This 6-month, extracurricular internship in Genoa, Italy, offers hands‐on experience in Technical Support and Radiology Informatics.BenefitsA full-time, remunerated, Genova office‐based extracurricular internship,Possibility to use English in everyday activities,Building your career in an international company that brings innovations that matter to you,Fast‐paced oriented work in an international environment.How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. xivgfpx
