Requirements
Lead and manage a regional sourcing team and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Group Sourcing processes and applicable regulationsDevelop and coach the team, fostering Operational Excellence and a collaborative work environmentOversee team workload, assign activities, identify training gaps, and prioritize tasks effectivelyAct as second-line escalation to support Regional Buyers and ensure smooth operationsManage the regional supplier panel and monitor supplier performance within the assigned geographyAlign and execute the regional sourcing roadmap with stakeholders, understanding local market dynamicsDefine, monitor, and report on the regional sourcing budget, implementing corrective actions as neededBuild strong relationships with local stakeholders, project teams, and global functions, representing sourcing in plant leadership discussion
Must have
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Engineering, or related field, ideally with a Sourcing specializationMinimum 10 years of experience in international industrial sourcing, including at least 3 years in managerial roleExperience with ERP systems and sourcing-related softwareFluent in English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel and work in an international environment
