Primary function:
Ensuring application of IVG process and methods guidelines along PWT Systems & Components Engineering area, by implementing the necessary deployment and customization for specific needs
Supporting PWT Systems & Components Engineering teams in execution of specific transversal design activities (FMEA, SOR...), according to the best practices and methodologies
Essential Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and supporting the application of IVG process and methods guidelines along "PWT Systems & Components Engineering"
* Supporting and supervising the definition and application of specific "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" procedures, instructions and modules
* Defining the proper methodologies and supporting the execution of specific transversal design activities, such as: Statement of Requirements (SoR) document; X-FMEA (Design, Installation...); Master Design Guidelines
* Supporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within "PWT Systems & Components Engineering" and monitoring results on regular basis
* Foster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelines
* Supporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparation
Requirements:
* Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering
* Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken
* 10 years' experience xjrgpwk of Product Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologies
* Strong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.g. IATF 16949
* Effective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teams
* Team coordination skills and resource management experience
Digital Skills:
* MS Office
Flexibility to ensure on-site presence in line with needs.
Availability to Travel:
* Expected % of Time: ≈ 5%
