Job Purpose
Managing and optimizing end-to-end production operations, ensuring that output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and workforce performance.
Job Description
1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily and weekly production activities to meet operational goals.
2. Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop production team leaders and operators to build a high-performance culture.
4. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career development.
5. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
6. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues.
7. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
8. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
9. Act as a key liaison between production and other departments.
You are meant for this job if:
10. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
11. Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
12. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
