Regional & Branch Management is seeking a candidate to join as Branch Manager for Trento Branch. The Regional & Branch Management are broadly responsible for the improved sales performance and overall management of their respective sales unit or area.
Responsibilities assigned:
•Creating and managing branch business plans
•Maximizing branch revenues, sales, client satisfaction, and minimizing operating losses •Monitoring and benchmarking of sales performance
•Deploying resources to optimize individual and team performance
•Overseeing technical, disciplinary and competence-based management including qualification and further development of assigned employees
•Ensuring branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity
•Prioritizing, managing and communicating promotional campaigns and product initiatives •Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
• Representing the bank in local community organizations
Regional or area Management is responsible for the sale of commercial / retail banking products to new and existing clients to improve sales performance and hit revenue targets. Work includes: •Assuring service quality and client satisfaction
•Identifying and maximizing cross-sales opportunities through client profiling
•Managing resources to ensure a balance between revenue targets and business continuity •Maintaining current knowledge of all banking products
•Overseeing operational logistics
Skills required:
1. Analytical skills: ability to analyze data for cost-saving opportunities, develop strategic solutions to enhance efficiency
2. Organizational skills: strong ability to manage and track large volumes of activities systematically
3. Financial and cost management knowledge: proven expertise in budgeting and cost analysis,
4. Collaboration and communication: effective skills working with Client and other Bank Units
