Technical leadership of Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural consistency and high-quality implementations Analysis and translation of functional requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions Support in defining Salesforce development and configuration best practices and standards Coordination of technical activities within the project team Continuous interaction with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts Coordination and supervision of external vendors, ensuring delivery quality and consistency Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Attitude toward coordination and management of project activities Experience in customer care projects (NTH) Smart-working(10 gg/mese) ️
