What You’ll Do
In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools—resolving issues involving software, hardware, networking, reporting, databases, and custom inquiries.
* Own and manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution while meeting team KPIs & SLAs.
* Grow and share product knowledge, contributing to an aligned and up-to-date knowledge base.
* Conduct on-site service activities, including breakdowns, installations, deliveries, and customer implementations with professionalism.
* Collaborate with sales and customers to define system requirements and propose practical solutions.
* Support departmental admin tasks, such as spares management and hardware returns/diagnostics.
* Participate in on-call support rotations and carry out additional duties as requested by management.
This role is offered as a full-time employed position, and it is not a freelance/contracting role.
This position involves occasional travel—approximately 30% of the time, up to 5 consecutive days (no weekends).
What You Bring
* Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
* 0–3 years in a technical support or IT environment working with software and hardware
* Strong passion for technology and a hands-on approach
* Logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Intermediate knowledge of PCs, networking, Windows, SQL, IIS, servers, and MS Office
* Basic understanding of electronics/hardware
* Familiarity with common technical support practices
* Fluency in English (required)
* Additional fluency in French or Spanish (a plus)
* Full driving license & willingness to travel

Pay
Pay: Pay is dependent on experience and skills, with a starting salary range of €26,500–€28,500 per year.
