 
        Ph3Overview /h3 /brpWe are seeking a desktop support professional to deliver high-quality end-user support and collaboratively work with IT teams on incidents, requests, and projects. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliProvide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. /li /brliRespond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. /li /brliInstall, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows / macOS / Linux) and software applications. /li /brliTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). /li /brliSet up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. /li /brliMaintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. /li /brliAssist with onboarding / offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. /li /brliSupport remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. /li /brliCollaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks. /li /brliFollow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Required /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li /brli1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role. /li /brliStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts. /li /brliFamiliarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA. /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. /li /br /ul /brh3Preferred /h3 /brul /brliExperience with macOS or Linux environments. /li /brliIT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator. /li /brliExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF). /li /br /ul /brh3Working Conditions /h3 /brul /brliOn-site support may be required. /li /brliOccasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs). /li /brliFlexible schedule or after-hours support may be needed during maintenance windows or emergencies. /li /br /ul /brh3What next? /h3 /brpIf you are looking for that next challenge in your career and wish to apply for this role, please forward your resume to /p /brpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
