Job Responsibilities
Il Tecnologo di Stampaggio Termoplastici è responsabile dell’impostazione, ottimizzazione e controllo dei processi di stampaggio a iniezione di materiali plastici, garantendo standard di qualità, efficienza produttiva e affidabilità di processo. Opera in stretta collaborazione con produzione, manutenzione, qualità e ufficio tecnico supportando il miglioramento continuo, le attività produttive e l"industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti.
Responsabilita' Generali
- Definire e impostare i parametri di stampaggio (temperatures, pressioni, tempi ciclo, velocità di iniezione, back pressure).
- Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi per ridurre scarti, difettosità, tempi ciclo e fermi macchina.
- Gestire l’avviamento della produzione, incluse prove stampo e qualifiche di nuovi stampi e materiali.
- Individuare e risolvere problematiche di processo (bave, mancanze, bruciature, deformazioni, bolle, ritiri, ecc.).
- Collaborare alla gestione e al miglioramento degli stampi, segnalando anomalie e interfacciandosi con l’officina stampi.
- Fornire supporto tecnico alla manutenzione per il setup di macchine e periferiche (robot, termoregolatori, essiccatori, tramogge).
- Formare operatori e capi turno sulle corrette impostazioni di processo e sulle metodologie operative.
- Monitorare e analizzare i KPI di produzione (OEE, scarti, fermate, performance di processo).
- Partecipare attivamente a progetti di industrializzazione e miglioramento continuo di prodotto e processo.
Requisiti
- Diploma tecnico (meccanico, chimico, plastico) o attestato competente equivalente.
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo (stampaggio a iniezione di materiali termoplastici).
- Conoscenza dei principali difetti di stampaggio e delle tecniche di problem solving di processo.
- Capacità di lavoro in team e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana fluente; inglese a livello base.
