Italy Sales Performance Internship | Milan For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Sales Performance Team supporting on cross-functional projects and working in close contact with the business.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Gathering, analysing and reporting data on commercial and performance KPIS - Supporting the Sales Force (Area Manager) by providing insights to showcase during field meetings and carrying out ad-hoc analysis for the business - Supporting Sales Force (Area Manager) in the budgeting process - Participating in Global projects to improve field routines, innovate and share best practices - Preparing and updating standard reports, developing new reports to answer specific requirements and/or new focus. You are the right person if you: - Have a background in Economics, Management Engineering, Political Science or similar; - Are Fluent in English and Italian; - Have a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple projects at time; - Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); - Have the ability to maintain attention to details.
