HSPI, a company belonging to the TXT Group, is looking for a PMO with 2-3 years of experience to join its Healthcare division.Responsibilities
Coordination with project governance for the execution of the project plan; Creation of reports and summary views;Coordination with project governance for the execution of the project plan; Creation of reports and summary views;Support for economic evaluations and technical-economic monitoring of the project; Monitoring of the progress of ongoing activities;Document and administrative management for the creation, updating, and archiving of project documentation, templates, and reports;Monitoring of supply contracts and supervision of the preparation of active contracts.
Technical Skills Required
2-3 years of previous experience in the role;Excellent knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);Basic knowledge of MS Project.
Optional Technical Skills
Previous experience in IT, with knowledge of key technological processes and tools;Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMI, or equivalent, supporting skills in process and project management.
