Make a significant impact on our organization's operational success by leveraging your financial expertise and analytical mindset. For our Business Unit Agricultural Solutions, we are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join the team. Your primary focus will be on business operations, financial analysis, and performance reporting of the Country Cluster East Africa. You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and providing valuable insights to support decision-making and the following will be your main tasks: - Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency. - Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives. - Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations. - Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes. QUALIFICATIONS: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 4 year of experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies. - Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and preferably in the use of Power Query/ Power BI and/or Tableau. - Good communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively share and explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
