Andreani Group, a well-established company in the suspension sector and an international benchmark in motorsport, is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join its Marketing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leading figures in the Auto, Moto, and Bicycle industries, participating in major events and races.
The position has been created as part of the department's expansion and the company's goal of strengthening and spreading the Andreani brand across key international markets.
Please note: this is an on-site position at Andreani Group headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company's digital presence through its social channels and will:
* Define and implement the brand's social strategy in line with business objectives.
* Create and plan editorial calendars aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Develop multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) in collaboration with the team.
* Write copy and publish content across all company communication channels.
* Carry out live posting during events, trade shows, and races.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of social media activities.
* Support integrated digital campaigns (including email marketing and advertising).
Requirements
* Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within motorsport/lifestyle companies or agencies).
* Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
* Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and related management tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
* Proven experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,CapCut).
* Good knowledge of email marketing tools and the Office suite.
* Strong creative writing skills, data analysis capabilities, and ability to independently manage projects.
* Genuine passion for motorsport and solid knowledge of the industry.
* Creativity, proactivity, strong aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
* Availability to travel on weekends to attend races, trade shows, and international events.

Pay: From €20,000.00 per year
