Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) team and gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
💼 Your Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network;
* Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
* Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights
* Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers;
* Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions;
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
* Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management
* Engineering, or related fields;
* Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
* Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting;
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics;
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
