We are supporting our client in seeking an experienced R&D Quality Training Professional (Cornerstone OnDemand Expert) to join their Quality Systems team, supporting pharmaceutical R&D operations.
This person will be responsible for administering and improving training processes within the R&D Quality Assurance organization. serving as the primary system administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand, including configuration, security settings, user roles, and permissions.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
* Maintain R&D Census
* Maintain Access to R&D Quality Portal
LMS Administration & Maintenance:
* Serve as the primary system administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand.
* Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Upload, organize, and publish learning content (e.g., courses, videos, documents, assessments) within the LMS.
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Experience:
* Minimum of [e.g., 2-4] years of hands-on experience as an LMS Administrator, with significant experience specifically with Cornerstone OnDemand.
* Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting complex LMS environments.
* Experience with course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
* Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.
Langauges:
* Fluency in Italian (C1 or above) and strong working knowledge of English (B2+) required
